Collections Department
During my internship at Lica Management, I gained valuable experience in real-world office work. Noong una, kabado ako dahil bago ang environment at hindi ko kilala ang mga tao, pero naging welcoming at supportive ang collection team, kaya naka-adjust ako agad. My daily tasks included organizing documents, encoding data, and paggawa ng SOA. Isa sa mga highlights ay yung pag-analyze namin ng tenant payments with the HR intern. Mahirap sa simula, pero natuto akong mag-spot ng errors at makita ang trends with teamwork and guidance. Malaking tulong din ang mentorship—tinuruan akong maging maingat sa records at maging confident sa pag-communicate at magtanong kung kailangan. Na-develop ko rin ang teamwork, professionalism, at time management, kahit may challenges tulad ng commuting at pagba-balance ng school at internship. Overall, this OJT helped me grow, become more confident and responsible, and realize that learning is a continuous and ongoing process.
CHRISTIFFANY
Leasing Department
During my internship at LICA Management Inc., I assisted in preparing leasing documents, organizing files, and helping with lease renewals. I also supported the reception desk, handled calls and inquiries, coordinated with tenants, and assisted the Leasing and Collections teams with rent computations and records. Through this, I improved my communication, admin, and document-handling skills. Masaya at marami akong natutunan sa pagproseso ng papeles—lalo na sa tamang pagkuha ng details at pagsagot sa telepono. I also enjoyed computing rents and making sure each document was accurate.
Ms. Rhea was a very kind and supportive mentor. She patiently guided me through every process and helped build my confidence. I’m also thankful to Ms. Jay-Ann, Ms. Leah, Ms. Analine, and Sir Kenneth for their support during my OJT.
ROMA

During my internship, I worked on tasks such as comparing employee time data, analyzing salary adjustments, creating payroll-related posters and surveys, and processing rent and survey data. These experiences helped me enhance my Excel and analytical skills. At first, the tasks were challenging, but with the support of my mentor, Sir Jay-R, I learned and grew a lot. He was always patient and approachable—despite his busy schedule, he took time to guide me and answer my questions. I appreciated how he explained concepts clearly and encouraged me to be confident, even when I made mistakes. Because of his guidance, I became more organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technical tasks. His mentorship played a significant role in shaping my growth as a future professional, and I’m genuinely grateful for all the support he provided during my internship.

My experience with LICA employees has also been positive. They were approachable, accommodating, and always willing to share their knowledge. I felt like part of the team, which made every day at the office enjoyable and fulfilling. As for my mentors, they were kind, respectful, and easy to approach. Nakisama sila sa amin, tinuruan kami ng maayos, and they always made sure we were learning something valuable. At higit sa lahat, mabait sila — at oo, nanlilibre pa minsan! My internship at LICA LAND was a significant and enriching experience. As an HR intern focused on recruitment, I learned how the team sources applicants, posts job openings, and conducts interviews on platforms like JobStreet and Indeed. This provided me with a deeper understanding of the recruitment process and the effort required to find the right candidates. Although I didn’t get to rotate with other HR teams, I was still able to develop essential skills, improve my communication, and build confidence in handling different tasks. The support and guidance of my mentor made a big difference — their patience and encouragement helped me grow and adjust more easily to the work environment.
Overall, my time at LICA LAND helped me grow both professionally and personally. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a welcoming and knowledgeable team, and I will carry all the learnings and experiences with me as I move forward in my career journey.

My entire internship at LICA has been a wonderful and meaningful experience. One of my primary responsibilities at the office was encoding job orders from clients. I’m genuinely grateful to my mentor, who patiently guided me on how to encode and summarize job orders properly.
Through this, I was able to apply what I’ve been studying, and it helped me gain practical knowledge. I also sincerely appreciate the support and warm welcome from everyone in the department I was assigned to; they made me feel genuinely taken care of, which made the whole experience even more memorable.

My internship at Lica Management Inc. in Mandaluyong City gave me valuable hands-on experience in inventory management, procurement, and purchasing.
I was responsible for verifying items on Materials Receiving Reports, managing Transmittal Forms, and ensuring proper documentation — tasks that strengthened my attention to detail and understanding of procurement systems.
Guided by supportive mentors, I grew both technically and professionally in an environment focused on continuous learning and development.

My experience with the entire OJT was mixed, from beginning to end. The manager and the RAs also agreed that the teamwork was a positive experience. And yes, the work wasn’t easy, but seeing the RAs, the manager, and the team leader working so hard makes the work easier.
One of the highlights of my training was assisting as a Room Attendant, which helped me appreciate the hard work that goes into maintaining cleanliness and comfort for hotel guests. Throughout my OJT, I was guided by supportive mentors and staff who provided valuable feedback and encouraged me to perform my best. The experience not only enhanced my technical skills but also helped me grow in confidence, responsibility, and teamwork. I’m so Lucky to be part of this company, and I’m willing to join and share my knowledge in your company someday.
