- Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining copier/printer
- Must be able to prioritize incoming service call according to severity of issues and /or time call
- Ensure service tickets are complete, indicating technical issues and resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service by providing minor troubleshooting guidance
- Graduate of any related course/Vocational/Short courses;
- At least 6 months experience in this position.
- Knowledgeable in printer repair / maintenance.
- Willing to undergo necessary training.
