Leasing Head
Responsibilities:
• Your role as the Leasing Head will require you to source and close new clients to our properties and ensure accurate inputs for the finalization of lease agreements. You will also be responsible for completing lease documentation for closures and renewals/expansions, all of which will be in line with the Client’s Retail and office space requirements.
• Carry out substantive business development work to secure new leads, proposals, and pitches to complement the team’s overall leasing deals.
• Build a network of Clients and Channel Partners to source business through direct marketing and networking with leasing agents and the local broker network.
• Capable of pitching to and working alongside Senior Leadership and the Board.
Leasing Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Send lease proposals
• Look for possible concepts online/ Offline
• Update Reports
• Assist tenants concerns
• Invite Prospects for Community malls and office
Qualifications and skills:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service-oriented
• Goal-driven and out-going
Senior Leasing Specialist
