Building Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition to achieve customer satisfaction and operating cost efficiencies
• Conducts regular inspection of all equipment and facilities
• Implement preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenance
• Implement energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption
• Track and communicate work request status and completion
• Monitor Construction works and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed
• Prepare/review plans, estimates, scope of works for various projects
• Monitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the property
• Involved in preparation and delivery of presentation and technical briefings, testing, verification and validation processes as well as scheduling a as-built documentation

Qualifications and skills:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
• With at least 2-3 years of working experience in Mall/Real Estate


Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates of the detailed design of the Project.
• Prepare cost estimates during the preparation of the future project.
• Check quantity and cost for variations of the works and assist the Team Leader in certifying monthly statements
• Designing and developing solutions, conducting feasibility studies, analyzing data, developing and testing prototypes, ensuring compliance with standards, and contributing to project planning

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With at least 2-5 years of experience in the field
• Willing to assign in different sites
• Good time-management skills


Responsibilities:

• Designs electrical system(s) by developing and testing components.
• Evaluates electrical systems, products, components and applications by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
• Create, design, test and oversee the development and installation of electrical requirements of projects.
• Work with project managers to make sure they deliver quality electrical components on time and within budget.
• Make sure projects meet electrical and construction safety regulations
• Understand electricity as a power source and have the ability to create complex calculations and blueprints to harness that power.
• Evaluates electrical systems and applications by designing and conducting research and applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
• Confirms system’s and components’ capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.

Qualifications and skills

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Preferably with good moral character
• At least 1 to 2 years experience
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Willing to be assigned in Project Sites and willing to work in extended hours

Responsibilities:

• Review project documentation, including electrical drawings, specs and bills of quantities.
• Conduct load calculations, single line diagram, and wire sizing.
• Supervise all related work activities.
• Prepares work activity report / daily report.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of all building equipment (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection System)

Qualifications and skills:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Electrical Engineer
• Master Electrician is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in application of government permits (New/Renewal); DENR, Electrical & Mechanical permits
• At least 2 years in construction or in building maintenance (Facilities)
• Willing to be assign and relocate to other site or building


Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining a facilities equipment and structures, ensuring they are in good working order and safe for use
• Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment
• Handles necessary repairs and maintenance
• Performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning fixtures
• Making minor repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC equipment
• Painting, repairing floors, and fixing drywall
• Maintaining and repairing furniture, including moving and arranging it for events. Adhere strictly to the mall house rules and be aware of any mall-related practices

Qualifications and skills:

• With 1-3 years of experience in Civil, Plumbing, and Electrical field
• Willing to be assign in different sites

Responsibilities:

• Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements.
• Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
• Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
• Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
• Writing technical documentation for machine operators.
• Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.
• Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• COSH/BOSH Training
• At least 2 years of experience in Construction specializing MEPFS


Responsibilities:

• Configure and Install various network devices and services (e.g routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Project implementation of numerous network devices needed for the operations.
• Guaranteeing the organization’s data and infrastructure are protected by facilitating appropriate network security controls.
• Create and provide all related network documentation
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

Qualifications and skills:

• With Bachelor’s Degree in any related course
• With experience in the field
• Willing to be assign in different sites

Responsibilities:

•Budget and manage the cost involved in a construction project which includes preparation of bill of quantities, plans and contract documents.
• Analyze variation works by identifying changes to the design versus actual work at site and adjust budget projections.
• Prepare summary of contractual claims remaining including additive and deductive items in their contract amount.

Qualifications and skills:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering with license
• At least 2 years experience preferably as QS Engineer
