Digital Marketing

– Assisting the E-Commerce department with campaigns and events
– Conducting market research and developing effective marketing strategies
– Creating engaging and SEO friendly content for the company’s website, social media pages and for press releases
– Coordinating with the Digital Marketing Manager to schedule all marketing activities
– Communicating with clients and affiliate partners
– Conducting research on latest market trends and keywords
– Maintaining the company’s all social media accounts
– Analyzing and tracking online marketing metric

– Assist E-commerce Lead
– Upload items and write content that will be published on e-commerce website/portals.
– Providing customer service by answering questions about products, shipping rates, and returns policies
– Handle month to date sales update Recommending changes to the website based on traffic patterns to improve sales efficiency and increase conversion rates

Qualifications:

*At least High School Graduate or College Graduate
*With Experience in E-commerce platforms (Shopify,Lazada and Shopee)

– The Events and marketing associate is responsible for marketing and sales of all the organization’s corporate events while building and maintaining a relationship with clients and customers.
– He/she will be responsible for handling the sales and sign-ups for events by sourcing for delegates, and attendees of events. S/he will also be responsible for providing assistance in the ingress and egress of events.
– Source for event participants and delegates through lead generation, outbound calls, email marketing, and lead follow-ups
– Source and maintain communications with participants – Coordinate and monitor event timelines
– Solicits sponsorships for events and ensure that long-term partnership with establishments/organizations is cultivated
– Coordinates the preparation marketing collaterals for programs and events
– Manage inquiries for the events
– Provide assistance in the logistics – ingress, and egress of the event Minimum Qualifications
– Preferably with experience in events planning and management, and lead generation although open to fresh graduates
– Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any course
– Excellent presentation and communication skills (both oral and written)
– Organized, and can work effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines, prioritizing workloads as necessary

– Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
– Creating Image and Layouts by using software
– Prepare rough drafts and present Ideas Amend design after feedback
– Ensure final graphic and layouts are visually appealing and on the brand
– Other tasks given by the Unit Head of Office Busters and Senior Graphic Artist
– Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
– Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
– Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces
– Present design concepts to manager
– Incorporate changes recommended by manager into final designs
*Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

Qualifications:

*College Graduate
*Has Knowledge in Video Editing Software
*Has Knowledge in Photoshop & Illustrator
*At Least 2 years’ Experience in Designing

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Think of strategies for all Marketing teams, including digital, non-digital, traditional and non-traditional marketing
– Prepare Monthly Marketing Campaigns then implement and assess its outcome
– Developing a marketing plan that outlines the goals of the organization and establishes the strategies to achieve them
– Conducts market Research
– Writing and proofreading memos, letters, press release, etc.
– Helping to plan events, projects, and campaigns
– Helping to create proposals and presentations
– Helping to run Social Media Accounts
– Source suppliers and Sponsorships

Duties and Responsibilities:

– In charge of all aspects of graphic design, from conceptualizing infographics or artwork to controlling emails and social media postings.
– Design promotional graphics for website, social media, e-blasts, and digital/online banner ads.
– Develop web banners, landing pages, digital ads and infographics for ecommerce customers.
– Visually maintain company’s brand style and standards while continuing to evolve the brands.
– Establish creative direction in collaboration with Brand Manager.
– Contribute ideas and design artwork to meet the overall brief and associated objectives.
– Ensure to complete and submit design promotional graphics in a given turnaround time.

Job Qualification:

*Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
*At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
*Knowledgeable in computer software necessary to create and edit images, GIFs or short videos.
*Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of best practices for digital design (ie, resolution, file set-up, file types, etc.).
*Creative vision and ability to communicate brand message.
*Matured and able to handle a team of Graphic Asrtist.
*Capable to work within limited timeline with minimum supervision
