Job Description:

  • Ensures that quota of each sales agent are met
  • Proposes incentive program for sales team
  • Track sales goals and report results as necessary
  • Conducts regular training and revalida for sales team
  • Oversee and analyze the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
  • Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and document customer interactions
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales agents as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Promote strong customer relationship with clients
  • Increases management’s effectiveness by
    • Recruiting
    • Selecting
    • Orienting
    • Training
    • Coaching
    • Counseling
    • Disciplining sales agents

 Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related 4-yr course.
  • Minimum of five(5) to seven (7) years of real estate sales.
  • Certified broker is not required but an advantage.
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Disciplined, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • With a team of brokers and agents is a requirement.
