  • Establish regular sales training programs for sales agents
  • Lead team and motivate through coaching, counselling and educational opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate performance and develop incentive program for sales team
  • Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities
  • Assess the competitive landscape and initiate changes to sales plan in response to industry standards

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related 4-yr course.
  • Minimum of five(5) to seven (7) years of real estate sales.
  • Certified broker is not required but an advantage.
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Disciplined, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • With a team of brokers and agents is a requirement.
