Job Description:

  • Identify the prevailing performance standards that set the pace and quality of people’s efforts.
  • Define and implement policies and performance standards.
  • Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs; Arrange business meetings with prospective clients; Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives; Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines; Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.; Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support; Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
  • Manage profit and loss statements and account for costs and revenues.

  • Identifies the pain points of each process phase and implement and quality service management in each department’s process flow.
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets per sub unit / service offered.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

  • Increases management’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
  • Oversee key hiring and talent development programs; Same as with Quality Hiring and Attrition.
  • Communicate strategy and results to the unit’s employees; Report key results to corporate officers; Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business or I.T Related 4-yr course; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Closing skills, Motivation for sales, Prospecting skills, Sales planning, Selling to customer’s needs, Territory management, Market knowledge, Presentation skills, Energy level, Meeting sales goals, Professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Has a proven sales track record for services and business solutions.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Solid attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Demonstrates an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of the industry.
